I have a button on a screen and when I tried to modify any of the events, I get the message that something appears to be wrong with the event's actions. It has unreadable data, please try again.
It says "if this issue persists, click Reset to remove all actions in this event and start again".

Very rarely the billing address and shipping address will be different in our operations. What is the best way to auto copy the input from billing to shipping when adding new customers, but still have access to change that when needed?

I've been trying to add the e-mails to route sheets for my techs to verify contact info. I've tried the following fields:
Activity.ContactsEmail
Activity.ContactEmail
When that didn't work, then thougth that adding the fields to the work order. However, those fields are not showing up at all after publishing in the work ...

The Administrator who set up our account has left the company and I have read that I can change the user name to another individual and that doing so will transfer all of the old administrators activities to the new administrator--i.e. from Ted (original admin) to Bill (new admin).
My question is whether this is a global switch of names. ...

There are a couple of things that might be happening here. Can you please follow the two steps below and let me know if either of these solves your problem?
- Go to the Quickbooks tab and check there are no conflicts under 'Resolve Conflicts'. If your invoices are here have a look at ...

I'm not sure what language you are using to make the API calls, but there should be a convert to UTC method that you can call on the date before sending it to Method. Here is an example for .net http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/system.datetime.touniversaltime%28v=vs.110%29.aspx
