It is not working on either the estimate or the invoice screens. It had worked properly for the last 10 months or so. The screens are both customized at this point. I cannot attach a screenshot to this post, where can i email one to?

from the stand point of adding a new contact to a existing customer. once you select +new then you click create and have to find customer again.

I don't see a way to change the "Secure your Method account" email at the moment. I'll raise your concerns with the team here and respond back when I have some answers.

Hi Matt,
We were able to replicate this and a ticket has been created for it. As a workaround for the time being, if you insert the Contact, the Entity will get populated as well. It appears that it is not allowing just the Entity to get populated, like Classic does.
Let me know if this works.

I was able to replicate this. To my knowledge, it should be returning 0 as you're expecting. I'll create a ticket for development to look into this.

Hi Ty,
I don't see an option to add a new contact from either the View Cusotmer or View Contact screen. There is a link to the New Contact screen from the Contact List, but shouldn't auto populate the customer info since the screen wouldn't know which customer info to autofill.
Can you give me some more information on where you are ...
