By default Method doesn't support multiple service addresses(Limitation of the SDK to pull multiple ship to addresses) but you could create a different job for each location or customize Method so that it can store multiple service addresses.

You can fax it to 416.640.6027. In the fax make sure to include the Method account name and the Admin username or atleast what it used to be.

Have you tried the Retrieve Password link on the login form?
We can reset the password/change the admin but we require a signed letter with the company letterhead requesting MethodSupport to reset the password/admin faxed to us.

It is possible to calculate shipping charges through customization if the user wishes to go that route and maybe you could help Jonmully out.

calculated based on the ship to address? If so, I am not sure if or when it
will be added. As far as I know it is not something we are currently working
on. If you are referring to something else can you please give me some additional
details?

We have seen this error before with Exchange Online and it has to
do with it requiring a specific port to communicate. Currently in Method it is
not possible to set this port but we do have a ticket on adding this but as of
current there is no timeframe for it.

opportunities under customers in the customer list as jobs. Opportunities are not people. Opportunities are "deals" for people
