I have an update. When regenerating tables, you will have to do it in a top-down hierarchial fashion. The main parent table is Entity and has Customer as a child. Then Contacts are linked to Customer. Hence, go in the order Entity > Customer > Contacts when regenerating tables.

Ok Stuart.... one last thought for you to try...Iknow how frustrating it can be to not e able to move forward... in report designer, try using the contacts table as yur master table and see what detail tables are avvailabe.. as Greg mentioned earlier tables with relationships should show......

BTW - The fact that my activity calendar was not working was my bad. I needed to add the actions to my copy make this happen.
Did the recent changes make it possible to use the calendar app on tables other than activity... Such as the job date fields in the customer table?

What you need to do before going into the screen edit, go to Customize-->Tables. Edit the table to which you want to add the linked field. The wizard will prompt you as to how to add the field.
