Hi Adam, Inserting the contact does work.

Just tried this again

from customers/ related / and then +new. from the stand point of adding a new contact to a existing customer. once you select +new then you click create and have to find customer again.

Hi Matt, We were able to replicate this and a ticket has been created for it. As a workaround for the time being, if you insert the Contact, the Entity will get populated as well. It appears that it is not allowing just the Entity to get populated, like Classic does. Let me know if this works. - Adam

Hi Matt, I was able to replicate this. To my knowledge, it should be returning 0 as you're expecting. I'll create a ticket for development to look into this. - Adam

Hi Ty, I don't see an option to add a new contact from either the View Cusotmer or View Contact screen. There is a link to the New Contact screen from the Contact List, but shouldn't auto populate the customer info since the screen wouldn't know which customer info to autofill. Can you give me some more information on where you are ...

Hi Mahlon, I was able to reproduce this. It doesn't appear as though there's a refresh action after an activity edit. At least judging by what I found. I'll create a ticket for the team. - Adam
