Very rarely the billing address and shipping address will be different in our operations.  What is the best way to auto copy the input from billing to shipping when adding new customers, but still have access to change that when needed?

Thanks for the suggestion Matt, I have updated the feature request for this and added the importance of "And" option in the Advance filter.

More section and objects should not affect the working of the screen. In case, if this happens again, please let us know. So that we can check it and figure out what exactly might be causing that issue.

Hi Mahlon, Sorry for the late reply. There appears to be an issue with the desc field as you've found out. We're submitting a ticket with the team to get this fixed. Unfortunately, I haven't found a workaround at the moment. - Adam

I can replicate this on a grid based on both sales order line and purchase order line when the description field is displayed on the grid. Advanced search seems to work fine
