I was able to reproduce this. It doesn't appear as though there's a refresh action after an activity edit. At least judging by what I found. I'll create a ticket for the team.

I accidentally put two leads in with the same name except one version has services on the end. I don't want to delete the lead without the services because there are notes and activities associated with both. If I delete one of them all my activities and notes will be deleted. When I use the Email button on an estimate it sends an email without the estimate. The email only has a signature. Also the button doesn't give any oportunity for a message or customization.

The insert record into table action loses the "value from loop" values when when you come back into the action to edit something.
To correct this, I need to Open the Loop through grid action then come back into the insert record into table action an update the values.
