If there is an issue with the web form, the system will send you an email. The email will have information on what went wrong and have info from the form. There wouldn't be a situation where Method would be down and the information is lost. The information is not stored somewhere ...

Matt, I'm having same issue and not using Incognito

Using Chrome incognito, I can't seem to work in Method for more than 20 minutes without getting botted because the session expired. What is causing this?

Hi Mahlon,
Permissions (and rights) were a work in progress during the time this initial revision of the Customization 101 doc was written. Rather than leaving permissions out completely we wrote a very high level intro with intentions of coming back to fill in the gaps. :)

I had a couple of questions. Are you putting the business card in the Profile image on the Contacts screen? Or have you put an image object on the screen?
