Hey ashead,
Regenerate the Entity, Customer, and Referral Source Entity tables (in that order). To regenerate a table go to Customize > Tables/Fields > click on the table name (e.g. Entity) > then click Finished Editing Fields. Rinse and repeat for the other tables, then check your screen again. *Note: When you are in the Referral Source ...

Hi jwarren,
I'm unable to replicate what you're describing, ensure thay you paste the color code using capital letters but once you paste press the tab button since the color chart displays. Click Save Settings, navigate to the Tables/Fields tab link to ensure the Grid Header color has indeed changed, then sign out and sign back in. ...

Hi Alex,
As far as I can tell, QuickBooks doesn’t allow you to Customize Data Layout to add custom fields to these transactions. It wouldn’t make sense to add these custom QB fields to the tables in Method if they are not accessible in QB. If I’m incorrect in stating this, please let me know how I can do this and I’ll ...

Hi Stephen,
As Mark has mentioned above, this is possible using the Method API!
Things to keep in mind -

In the Method Customize -> ...

Commissions based on our service items are going to vary slightly based on a Customer's location/zone so a handful of lookups will be needed to arrive at the correct commission percent value for a particular invoice line ...

Hi Tom,
I'm going to try and break this down in parts.
[quote user="tom"]
Is there one central table that controls all these specific fields? All I end up with is a drop down box or a entry line with no value. Having trouble connecting the variable entry and the display, as well as knowing which additional ...

Hi Chad,
Thanks once again for the quick reply and helpful info. Of course this raises more questions.
If I have understood you correctly, a table is copied over (with without its data, depenciing on the data checkbox) only the first time. Once that table exists, It is not subsequently copied, nor is any of its associated data. Since ...
