Nick,
After some more testing, I was still able to delete the email from Method, even when it was required in QBO. I was able to do this both from the Edit Contact screen and the Edit Customer screen. Can you not do this? Again, any errors when you sync?

Hi Lee,
What screen are you sending an email from, are you using a customized screen or a standard screen?
I created a linked field call Customer.SRPhone which links to the sales rep phone and it was able to merge successfully.

Hi Victor,
I just realized the fix isn't working. On my form setup the "From" email address is changed and is what is should be, however the emails the form sends out are still donotreply@methodintegration.com
Thanks,

Thanks Ben, creating a linked field seems to the fix the problem. And one more question, which character function would I need to add in order to dislpay a users email signature on the email template?

Hey,
In that case it most likely has to do with whitelisting of the new IPs we use to relay emails.

When you're ready, shoot an email over to support@method.me requesting for the new IPs you need to add to the allowed list in your EAC.

Hey guys,
having an odd issue that started a few days ago. I have 2 users that send estimates and only one of us is able to actually get the email to our customers. We are both using the same default mail server settings and have been for years. Did something recently change on your end?
Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks

Dave,
Ok I was successful in sending an email without the encoding...
next question is: how do I retrieve the email body field from the EmailTemplate table without the coding to be able to send it automatically?

Hi pjcoggins,
We don't host email template images on our servers. What you would need to do is host the image(s) on your own server then include the absolute path in your email template which would look like this: <img src="http://www.yourserverdomain.com/yourimagefolder/yourimagefile.gif">

I will restate the scenario again with a bit more detal:
I'm logged in as "Nick", who has admin privileges
I create an activity and send an email, but change the "From" field from Nick@ABC.com to Services@ABC.com
The received email says it's from Services@ABC.com <Nick@ABC.com> on behalf of ...
