I did a customization session and the rep didn't quite understand what I was trying to do. Under the estimate we added a terms and conditions. I suggest you to try clear the cache and sign out and sign back in again. If the problem persist turn on method support I can have a look into this. You can also give a call on our support line 1-888-925-6238 option 2 for support.

For the button you have created, try using the Export Grid to Excel action.
This action will generate an excel spreadsheet that mirrors the Work Order list grid in its current state. You can then save it as a CSV.
