James, 'Customer A:Job1234' is the format that Method display jobs of customers, as for creating a new opportunity let me look into this. -Michael

Hi John, You could add some additonal actions to the Item drop down for the text change. You can have it so that if the Item Type for the Item you selected contains inventory then enter 15 and check % for the item. -Michael

Andy, Did you check your conflicts? (QuickBooks > Resolve Conflicts) Also go to the PO in Method and Save it again. -Michael

DanSchmidt, When editing a grid on Step 7 of 9: Validation Rules do you have anything listed for any of your grids?  I was able to duplicate this issue by adding RecordID to Step 7 of 9: Validation Rules -Michael

Birch, I don't think any actions on the screen would affect the SQL Override. I tested it again just to be sure and it works. In my test a took a copy of the Customer List screen(From the old crm) and entered your SQL override into the balance field and it seems to be working.  The next step would be to do paid consulting, with paid ...
