Bryan - we will finally be getting be getting v2 into public beta in November.
Mobile first, and will still take at least another couple months before it reaches complete parity with v1. It is *awesome*, though, but expect a fully different environment from v1, so there will be a bit of a learning curve.

Good - glad to hear you are back to normal.
So, yes, if QB is corrupted, it's going to play havoc with Method (or any 3rd party app for that matter) since the data it is providing is invalid and can break the sync until the file is fixed.
I guess the best advice I can give is if your QB is getting shaky, backup OFTEN.

Ben - do a full sync with QuickBooks first, before doing anything drastic. They might come back. This can show up sometimes temporarily if a full sync was interupted before it completed.
