Ryan -- I can get as far as the EmailTemplate, but there doesn't appear to be any way to specify the Follow Up Activity template - I'm offered the opportunity to replace the link to the generic "EmailTemplate" with the new one, but that doesn't seem like the way to go. Am I to create a new template without any links, ...

Is it possible to improve on the contents and appearance of a follow up email message? For example, we'd like to include more info from the customer record - email, city, etc. - to make the email more self-contained, and prevent the recipient from having to log in to get enough detail to act on the follow up.

We're getting the same message re: 'TimeTracking'Failed. The QB login that the Method Engine uses has administrator privileges, but it is not The Administrator account (nor will it ever be -- otherwise, we'd have to terminate Method everytime we wanted to do any Administrator tasks).
So, I understand why I'm getting the error ...

As a regular part of our order processing, we capture new orders as Sales Orders, and then create the Invoice from the SO via the 'Create Invoice' button in QuickBooks. All of the items, costs, etc. map over from the SO to the Invoice nicely.

We're starting our experience with the system, and our first trial had problems. Our (remote) Clinical Support mgr, working in Method CRM, created a new customer, entered a new Sales Order, and then generated an Invoice from that Sales Order. (Turns out she did it twice by accident, but I don't think that contributed to the problem.)
