Lance,
It will start as a Web app, but I believe the plan is to have a native app eventually.

Mary - Thanks for the input.
Chelsea - Mary is right on the money with this. As far as options on a Mac, one other one is to install a program like Parallels on your Mac. This will allow you to install Windows on the Mac. You could then install and run the report designer from Parallels.

Hi Ben,
I think I answered part of your question in your other post. Is this screen for viewing customers like the Customers and Contacts List screen? Or is it to edit like the Edit Customer screen?
If its based on the former, that screen is based on the Contacts table so as I said in my other post, you'd need to add them as linked fields. ...

Hi Ben,
The reason you're having difficulty is because the Customers and Contacts List screen is actually based on our Contacts table. You could still use this screen, however you would need to alter the grids to show Vendors instead of Customers. To do this, go to step 3 and change each filter.

JWS - Have you tried Fran's suggestions?
Something else to note is that the blank page can also come up with the Details section of the template grows to a specific point. It can get just large enough to cause this blank page. This can happen when item descriptions are big and grow the details section. ...

Hi Michele,
Sorry for late reply. To answer your question, unfortunately a contact can only be associated with one customer/vendor/lead at a time. You can change the association however. Each contact is linked to an Entity (fancy word for a customer/vendor/lead) through a dropdown field. You can change the association by ...

Hi JWS,
The address fields on the transactions are address field specific to the transaction. Our phone fields are not normally found on the SalesOrder table. Did you add them as linked fields?
My suggestion would be to add new phone fields to the SalesOrder (not linked) then use a Retrieve Value From Table action to input the phone fields ...

Hi Dan,
Unfortunately, we don't have the ability to increate the height of the grid. It can however, increase based on the amount of text in the cell. Just simply check the Auto Grow checkbox when editing the grid.
Hope this helps,

Hi James,
Sorry for the late reply. Are you still having this issue? Something quick you can try would be the following:
Go to Customize tab > Tables and Fields
Find your SalesOrder table
Click Edit Fields
Click Finish Editing Fields.
Find your SalesOrderLine table, and repeat steps 3 and 4
What the above does is regenerate ...
