How can I create to dropdown fileds that are related. For example  I want to create a screen for equipment, when I choose the make (ford, chevy, etc) in the first dropdown field, I want the next dropdown field to show models for the make only ( F250, F350)

Can I create a work order that will increase my expense account but not my revenue account. I want to schelude work orders for in house mechanic work, and register the labor and parts in my expense account, but without increasing my revenue account. How can I do this?

Does anyone here uses Method to keep track of equipment maintenance,( oil changes, brakes, tune-ups, ect)?

Similar to the customer message, but I want the messages to have 3 or 4 lines and have differents fonts , colors ect, like a rich text. Don't know how to upload an image My address section has 4 lines, billaddress1,2.3 and a combined field with city, state and zip. Most of mys clients will only show lines 1,2 and 4, line 3 will be empty For those customers that show all 4 lines the template grows and the fileds that come after the address (not line 4) moved and ...

I have an invoice template with 4 lines in the address box, "billed to address 3" is set to shrink since not all my customers have this. I print my invoices in preprinted paper, when the line 3 grows, it moves the other fields in the template and they don't lined up with the invoice. How can I fix this?

But will that work for when I print several invoices at once? In other words when printing several invoices at once can the actions be created to choose different invoice templates for different customers? 

That is how I have it now, but I want the choice to show it or not show it without having to change invoice templates
