In the classic version of Method, you can locate your account name by hovering over your username in the top right.
In the new version of Method, you can locate your account name by selecting the gear icon in the top right.

You’re certainly free to create items in Method and the ability is available via our stock screens. You can find this by navigating to QuickBooks > Lists > Items. You will however, need to sync to QuickBooks for various other purposes.

Unfortunately, this goes beyond the scope of what you can accomplish via customization. There’s no way for a Method screen to send info to an external web page or receive data back from it.
