So I just did a Google search to check the latest share price on…you
guessed it, Google. It seems the company is holding up well while our
users continually ask ‘How do we use Gmail with Method?’
The answer you’ve all been waiting for is here. Use the settings below
and refer to the post above if needed. It’s ...

Hi January,
Let me check a few things from you...
From the Home tab click Email Templates then click select on CRM_ActivityAssignedToUser. Type in the From email you'd like this to come from - notifications@mydomain.com then click save. Next click select on any other ...

I am still writing about the Customer screen, as in my last post. My users have requested that they would like to click on the email address (we will take a button adjacent to the email address) that allows them to send an email. I have found commands in the text box properties that allow me to "add actions" including "send ...

Hi
pdirect,
I
just wanted to add a couple of extra things.
The error is coming from
the SMTP provider, not from Method.
Method is only reporting back the error from the SMTP provider.

email it adds it to your Outbox, ...

Mortaza,
Prior to receiving your reply I actually coded a solution the hard way which works well. I also tested the approach you suggested above and it too works, but works slightly different. When doing it my way, the PDF reports are individually generated and attached as separate files to the sent email. Doing it the way described by you above ...

Actually, I forgot to mention:
I changed the field names from "veiwContact.Email" to "viewCustomer.Email" and the entire page wouldn't generate.
This is the exact script I used (both with the brackets at the beginning and end, and without them.
(CASE WHEN viewCustomer.Email IS NULL OR viewCustomer.Email='' ...

Hello industrialrobotix,
This is something you can contact Method support to help you out. The number is 1-888-925-6238 x2. It's hard to diagnose over the forums because it usually involves trying different combonations until it works. My guess by looking at your credentials is that either the server name ...
