Hi Janet, You cannot delete an original screen.  The edit activity screen is really the new activity screen, called CRM_NewActivity.  It will be in your list of screens. - Adam

Mike, It would certainly be possible, but we don't have any plans to create a wiki.  We do plan to update our help centre to include many more articles to help our users better understand and use Method.  - Adam
