Hi InstaDRY, What screen are you sending this email from? So far I have tested sending emails from List Builder using (ListBuilder.FirstName) and the Activities screen (Customer.FirstName) and both have pulled in the correct information - First Name.  Noel

When editing a snapshot, the value clears if you open the snapshot to edit. ..say the filter criteria. You can reselect and it saves oK.

Here is the use case... I add a text box on a screen "designed by Computer Bookkeeping Solutions" and format as a link. I want it to go to a specified web page.

I am looking for an action similar to Load Web page in Method classic. Does this exist yet?

Hi, Can you detail the steps you are taking please? I can hopefully then pinpoint the source of the problem. Noel

It would be nice if I could adjust the size of the grid search box, it seems disproportionatley large often times and it would be nice to be able to scale it down a little bit. This is by no means a high priority item, but would still be nice to have.
