I will get back to you with a more detailed response but for now try using ListBuilder.FirstName rather than Customer.FirstName. Hope this helps - I am assuming you are encountering this problem in List Builder emails.

Here's my answer. In the current version of Method, it is not possible to do that because of the limitation of the Calendar object. The only way is to manually filter them and select them.

Hopefully today I'll have a moment to call in, this unfortunetly is happening during our busiest time. As for the conflicts, I have been monitoring the 'Resolve Conflicts' list almost daily, and I had cleared all prior conflicts before attempting to perform the last full sync.
