My computer died and I had to purchase a new one and move all my apps over. What can I do to restore the sync?
Tried to de-install and re-install and something is still wrong. Getting this message.

No luck. After performing the above steps, I still get the same messages when saving. I don't have any problems adding as activity from email, just the calendar.

I am currently a PRO user, however believe that METHOD CRM package is enough for us, so please help us solving this doubt by confirming that METHOD CRM is capable of the following:
- Report Designer
- Quickbooks Sync (All Transactions, Inventory, Items, Customers, Accounts, etc. ...... Bi-Directional Sync)
- Customize Screens, Tables, ...

Hello Robert,
Here's my answer. Right now we do not have any email notification system which notifies you when sync is stopped. But you can always check in Method under Quickbooks tab> synchronize to see the ststus of your last sync.

Let me establish first what table the Other1 field is on. From your posts, it looks to be on the EstimateLine table. This means it won't be available for the InvoiceLine table. For the invoices, you would have to add the custom field to QuickBooks and sync it over or create the field in Method. ...

I understand your concern and I apologize that this limitation was not documented anywhere within Method or our Help Center for you to see. I know this does little to help you now, but I will make sure that we update our documentation to indicate this limitation.

Hi Blake,
Good news on this topic, we have just pushed an update for this issue on the live site. So, if you were to now blank out the Sales Rep Field on the EditCustomer screen from Method (after there was a Sales Rep already assigned), this change will now stick when a sync has been peformed.

The newest versions of QB have some great new functions. We have not loaded it yet, however, because one of these new functions is a Customer Lead component. It the expected going to happen, i.e. Method Leads sync into QB Leads, or do we know yet? What we don't want is the "unexpected", whatever that may be.
