Sometimes the google calendar does not seem to update.  Yesterday I moved a work order in method to a date 2 weeks in the furture.  I also moved another work order from one user's calendar to another.  24 hours later. Thanks.  One workaround I've tried is using my photobucket accuont and linking the picture rather than uploading it.  Seems to work fine.
