Hello,  DOes anyone know of a simple way that we could import all our cases and case activities from Salesforce into Methcrm.  Thank you  Ken 

I need to import a new batch of contacts/leads and I would like to include their tags. Also, how would I export current contacts with their tags?

Another suggestion for you is to use the MethodAPI if you have access to developers.  You can handle a batch import of checks and deposits in this way. ~C

 I have access to the tab, but I can't type anything in the Screen Name field and the Copy/Import screen button doesn't work???

OK. I've found it. "Show only common tables?" in the import/export tool. I'm a tool.

I am brand new to Method and am trying to get time to import from Xora. I tried a single employee and could see that time information was pulled from Xora based on the data window that shows when Method connects with Xora. But there is nothing in the Method Time Tracking tab. What am I doing wrong?

Hi swm023, I wanted to confirm a few things first: Are you trying to import into the Contacts table or the Customer table?   I need to confirm which table you are trying to import into first.
