Disregard my last post, it’s now working, but just intermittently slow; ie sometimes takes minutes or times seconds.

The workaround site generally works; however, the printing function (generate report) is not working at all. It take about two minute for either an error message to come up or the waiting icon / any dialog boxes to just disappear.

We are working with them to resolve it, as well as trying to workaround the problems they are having.
We are dealing with the current performance issue as urgently as possible.

Being with Method for well over 4 years in califonira, speed for me has been good. It ususlay takes 6 secs from entering my password to getting my work order screen. Now its taking about a min. Then again I am am using a wired setup instead of wireless. Found a difference in speed in doing that.

When i create a activy then change it to a work order. I even see those symboles on the work order screen and it makes the comment section bigger by adding blank lines.

The <p> is HTML paragraph tag that is not being parsed. The <p> would give you a line space before and after the tag if in HTML, but it's in plain text here. Are you able to post a screenshot of where this is happening in the report? Or provide more information on where this is happening ...

I had the same thing yesterday and found a solution. I changed the incremental sync timing from 15 minutes to 20 minutes, saved my settings, waited 30 seconds then set my sync timing back to 15 minutes and saved my settings. Soon there after the incremental sync time stamp started updating. Hope that helps.
