Can you customize reports to add additional information to be included, such as the description/notes of the activity or opportunity? If yes, how would I do that? Thanks

Hi wildliferemoval, Follow the steps listed in Help Center Solution No. 429 and regenerate the DocumentLibrary, DocumentLibraryFolder & DocumentLibraryLink tables. This should resolve the issue. Hope this helps. -Audisho
