I am trying to update the work order report. I am using FieldService_Workorder_V3. I need to add the customer name and phone. The fields Activity ContactName and Activity ContactPhoneNumber do not have data... What fields should I use.

The invoices, estimates and credit memos are children of the Transaction table. For print templates, you can stay with the child tables because they have the unique fields for the transaction.

Give Method support a call at 1-888-925-6238 x2. Support can help you diagnose the issue.
Check your conflicts list by going to QuickBooks -> Resolve Conflicts and see if the invoices appear in the list. It will give you a conflict message if they are in there.
