Hello InstaDRY,     Give Method support a call at 1-888-925-6238 x2.  Support can help you diagnose the issue.     Check your conflicts list by going to QuickBooks -> Resolve Conflicts and see if the invoices appear in the list.  It will give you a conflict message if they are in there. Greg
