can use conditional formatting to get the results you want.
General Info:
Formatting is set by
clicking on an object and in the property grid (bottom right) editing
the Formatting property (It will say (Collection) and
if you click on collection you should see the ... to ...

Hi Jennifer,
I have added this as suggestion to be implented in Method. Currently if you want to have this at the customer level you can add a grid to the DocumentLinkLibrary table. I would recommend taking a look at the CRM_EditOpportunity screen and reverse engineer the documents section.

You can only have one value displayed in a drop down after it is
selected.
As an alternative you can make the Opportunity name the first
column instead of the RecordID. To do this you have to add a linked field that
points to Name, so if the drop down
is in the invoice screen you will need to add the Name field as a linked field ...

In QB, when an invoiced is VOIDED, QB is really just doing two
things:
Changing the Memo field to be "VOID: (plus original memo)".
Changing all the qty column values to 0.
You can mimic this in Method with actions.
