Good Afternoon: Is there a way to import the customer transactions/invoices so they appear in the Method? I opened the quickbooks tab, then under transaction history I selected: Maintain for 180 days and Invoice 365 days. Then I synchronized changes only. Nothing seems to have imported though. Hi Lance, There is nothing new to report on this.  You're options are the API and the Import/Export tool.  If I learn more, I'll be sure to post here. - Adam

Hi scottaskinosie, Looks like you’re missing the Series record. You need to import this record, as this is the record which all the occurrences link to. For this particular series, the old RecordID of this record appears to be 72846. -Audisho

I am even just trying to import a record where I am just importing fields that match method fields, not even create new field names and each time it gives me that FullName error.
