    Hello Ernestine, &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Importing to the activity table is the same as importing to the leads table.&nbsp; You sort your activity records under the appropriate columns and then import the file.&nbsp; For the ActivityType column in the Activity table, you can indicate &quot;Marketing Letter&quot; for each activity with that Activity ...

    Hello Dave, &nbsp;&nbsp; I found out that it could be two things.&nbsp; One, there was an update to the Generate Report action around the same time you experienced the problem.&nbsp; The update could be related.     It doesn&#39;t appear that the email templates have changed. It appears to still be associating to the correct print template.&nbsp; I&nbsp;made no changes to my templates. Prior to this downtime, all group items were hidden. Now they are not. &nbsp;It sure seems curious that my issue started after the trouble logging in last night...please ...

    Hello Dave, &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Has your email template changed?&nbsp; When you are in your estimates screen, click More actions... and choose&nbsp;Customize Print Templates... .&nbsp; In the popup you will see a list of transactions with their associated print template.&nbsp; For estimate, has it been changed to another report?&nbsp; The default ...
