Sorry Greg. My mistake. I meant to write how do I copy from an invoice or sales order to a purchase order? You mentioned originally I would have to customize what fields copy over. Ideally I would like to copy over only the fields that I have checked via the line item check boxes. Thanks. 

Hello Justin,      There is no mass delete function in QuickBooks.   You can delete them one-by-one but can be time consuming if you have many records.  The only real way is creating a function to delete the activities.  Take a look at our Help Center article on the customization for an example on deleting ...

In regards to this, can we delete multiple future activities for an unactive user?    Or is there a way to undo prior imports?   I exported them, reassigned new user, but then when i went back to import them, I didn't check "update exisiting records".  So now I have all records for new user and ...

Hello James,     There were two updates.  The Certificates were all updated and it was found that refreshing the browser would solve the problems.  I think the best option is to give Method support a call, 1-888-925-6238 x2 and we can take a closer look.  I am not seeing any reports of this error recently.
