On the Estimate and Invoice pages, the invoice/Estimate line table grid displays line breaks from QB in the Desc field. However when I try to create a similar grid in a custom page, the text runs together and the line returns are ignored in a field I link to the Desc field. Is there a setting I'm missing to preserve the orignal formatiing?

I am getting the following error using MethodAPICreateMethodAccountV3:
"Error: Object reference not set to an instance of an object."
This is on a sign-up form that worked fine for months. Can someone please shed some light on what this means.

Can you provide a screen shot of the error? I'm not sure if I've seen that particular one before. A couple of things to try. First, log in and out of Method. What I mean by this is to actually go to the top right of the screen and select "Sign out". This will clear the cookie and set a new one the next time you log ...

The error you are seeing is usually due to the actual entity record getting archived for some reason. Are these entities appearing as conflicts? Did you attempt to delete the entity?
You can find out if they are conflicts by looking up the EntityRecordID. To find it, click the gear icon on the Customer and Contacts ...

Unfortunately, there's no integration with Hubspot. Perhaps there's exports you can do, but I'm not familiar enough with Hubspot to be able to say. Maybe someone else on the forum has more knowledge of it.

Everytime I log into Method from my new computer, I am asked what time zone I am in? this doesn't happen when I log into other Method from other machines. Ideas?

I have several entities that exist in CRM for a single company in quickbooks. When I attempt to open two of the three entities in the customer center I get a text box that opens and says "The record you are trying to load does not exist, or you do not have permission to view it." Outstanding. I just hadn't seen anyone talk about it here or in the FAQs and figured it's not something your team would see unless they did a fresh install. Glad to hear that support is continuing. As Google continues to refine their biz offerings it's a smart integration.
