Hello Ben,   It does look like it is a permissions issue.  The domain user doesn't have enough access to the Outlook plugin or Outlook add-ins.  I'm not familiar with Domain User accounts, but I assume it is a setting that needs to be checked to allow them or the domain administrator to access the Outlook plugin. Greetings, I use to have the same issue and I am not sure if this is the correct way of doing it but here goes. I used a picture box then uploaded the pic to the template and it worked for me.  John M
