On the Estimate and Invoice pages, the invoice/Estimate line table grid displays line breaks from QB in the Desc field. However when I try to create a similar grid in a custom page, the text runs together and the line returns are ignored in a field I link to the Desc field. Is there a setting I'm missing to preserve the orignal formatiing?

I am getting the following error using MethodAPICreateMethodAccountV3:
"Error: Object reference not set to an instance of an object."
This is on a sign-up form that worked fine for months. Can someone please shed some light on what this means.

Can you provide a screen shot of the error? I'm not sure if I've seen that particular one before. A couple of things to try. First, log in and out of Method. What I mean by this is to actually go to the top right of the screen and select "Sign out". This will clear the cookie and set a new one the next time you log ...

The error you are seeing is usually due to the actual entity record getting archived for some reason. Are these entities appearing as conflicts? Did you attempt to delete the entity?
You can find out if they are conflicts by looking up the EntityRecordID. To find it, click the gear icon on the Customer and Contacts ...
