The first thing you need to do is add fields to the Invoice table. You can add fields by doing the following:
Go to Customize>Tables/Fields
Click on the Invoice table
Type in the name of the field in the "Field Name" field and select the "Field Type" from the dropdown. You can choose from: Text, Decimal, ...

I'm currently trying to link the tables via the CustomerName field in the Customer table, but the only option I am getting is the RecordID field.
Initially I was looking at the CustomerEquipment table because it already links to the Customer table with the rule "Displaying FullName field from the Customer table".

1. In which Method QB DB table and fieldname can we find the beginning $ balances by account? Is it in the ACCOUNT table?
2. The Method QB Tables (transactions) show all $ balances as positive, even when they are negative. Where is the Debit/Credit indicator?
