    Hi Mahlon, Thanks for clarifying. It looks like the TagList field is missing from the Update Field In Table and Insert Record Into Table actions for all tables.     It worked! :) I think what would realy help is if you had a table overview with relationship.  In the old days, MS Access had a view that showed all the tables with relationship points.  Do you have anything like that, that you can share?   Thanks, John

    Hello,    Restriction is a bad word for it.  I editing the ActivityJobItem table in the Tables/Fields screen and could not add any fields that were from the CustomerEquipment table.  When you select Add a Linked Field and choose CustomerEquipment, no fields appear in the next dropdown. - Greg
