I set up a field 'packsize' and set it as text. then I imported the data and figured out it should be numberic so I can do math against it. Can I change the field type at this point? ifnot how do I correct this? canI setup new field and copy the data from one to the other?

Is there anyway to increase the time it takes to auto-log off a user and/or set-up priorities as to what users take precedence over other users to stay logged in or to not kick off a priority user when another user needs to log in when it hits the number of concurrent licenses? Yes, I found that I did not have permissions to the all tables in the user option.
Now I see existing tables in Custimize -> Tables tab.
And I can pull Customer data in the Report Designer. Although it took a few hours to show up in the report designer.
