Under the Home Dashboard in Method I can see reports for everyone individualized. However, I would like to be able to see everyone's reports merged (such as opportunities, activities, etc). There are a few things you can do to troubleshoot this issue. First, in Method go to QuickBooks > Synchronize. Check date and time of the last Changes-Only Synchronization and of the last Push. If these dates and times aren’t current, there is probably an issue with the sync engine.
