Look for any updates or pop-up blockers. Your Adobe Reader may be missing updates. Sometimes Windows updates will hold the update you need. Also, check to make sure the browser isn't blocking pop-ups or downloads from the web.

I am new to Method, so I hope I am not asking a stupid question.
If I go to customer>Customer Reports and hit "Generate Report" button...I get the little spinning wheel, but a report never shows up? Where should I be looking?

Is there a way, in an email template, to change the format of the date and time when using the field Activity.DueDateStart? Currently, the format gives us Jun-30-2014 05:41 PM, but we'd like to change it to June 30, 5:41 PM. can anyone help?
