If you go to Customize > Tabs and click Edit tab links for the Customers tab, do you see Edit Customer as one of the tab link names? If so what is listed under Opens Screen?

John- The orginal screen should now be fixed. You may also want to add the Activities, Opportunities and Cases tab to your Field Service Operations tab group or which ever tab group you use with Field Service Center.

I am going to need to test this out further but from what I have tested so far, Save Grid Row may not be working properly and I was able to duplicate the issue you mentioned with adding more grid rows after a save.

Method is intended to integrate and sync with QuickBooks. In theory you could probably get away without using QuickBooks but it is not suggested. If you’re going to do so, take caution and realize you may encounter screens that may not function as they were designed to.

What's the reason for deleting the future work orders? It may be a better idea to just cancel the series which will cancel the remaining untouched work orders. You can also regenerate the dates for the series to a smaller or update date range.
