Hey Dylan, This is what I do for people that take time off.  I set up a activity that is called vacation.  Assign it to the person taking the vacation or time off, color code it and there you go.  Works for me and my tech can do this as well.  Just FYI John M

I changed my calculated field from NOW() to AddHours(Now(),1) and reports now show the correct time.  In report designer they are an hour ahead though.  This is only a work around til you guys get your report engine timezone fixed.  Thanks.
