I changed the Transaction History value to ALL then triggered a full sync and the paid invoices are still not in the Customer screen Transaction tab. So that didn't fix it. QB shows the Invoices but Method does not. I exported all Invoice rows and they are not in the export. Looks like a bug in the MIE to me. ...

We did a test of the payment gateway and the Customer credit card info is not being saved with the transaction in authorize.net.
Please provide more information on the paymeny gateway and how method syncs and saves the customer payment information.

Hi Robert,
By default Method only stores transactions for the past 30 days. You can change this setting by going to QuickBooks>Synchronize. Towards the ottom of the page you should see the option for "Transaction History" I'm guessing this is the reason the invoices are disappearing.

Could you enable the MethodSupport user by going to Customize > Users and clicking the checkbox under Active for the MethodSupport entry in the list at the bottom of the screen? After you do that, email me your Company Name and I'll go in and take a look.

It's the activties created in Method not showing up on the Method activities calendar. Or any other calendar in method, even though I created and edited them from method.
