Hi Robert,
By default Method only stores transactions for the past 30 days. You can change this setting by going to QuickBooks>Synchronize. Towards the ottom of the page you should see the option for "Transaction History" I'm guessing this is the reason the invoices are disappearing.

Could you enable the MethodSupport user by going to Customize > Users and clicking the checkbox under Active for the MethodSupport entry in the list at the bottom of the screen? After you do that, email me your Company Name and I'll go in and take a look.

It's the activties created in Method not showing up on the Method activities calendar. Or any other calendar in method, even though I created and edited them from method.

If I export all of our contacts, it includes those that are Lead Status only, as well as a bunch of dummy contacts we created in testing various other features of Method. Plus, by exporting a grid I'm hoping to be able to apply some View Filters to make sure I'm only exporting the contacts I want.

Which Calendar are you referring to? Do you mean that Activities created in Method are not showing up in your Google calendar? Outlook calendar? A calendar on a custom screen?

Did you just want to export the entire Contacts table? You can do this from the Import/Export menu under Customize > Integration Tools. Is there a particular reason you need it done through a custom screen?
