Yep the error is still happening in the February version in Firefox and Chrome. so specific to that version it seems.

Hi I need to figure out how to add a New Activity from the New Leads page/screen. There used to be a button to do that, but then it disappeared over the weekend. I'm not sure why that is, but I need to figure out how to put that option back. I've tried editing the page myself, but I have no clue where to begin with this.

AND, if you reset to the October Version in both Firefox and Chrome, the problem dissappears. not sure if that would have happened if I hadnt done the above actions too, but the above action sorted out the issue on my Windows Surface outright.
