How do I flag a customer file to make sure they get an email reminding them to make an appointment in the future?

I can select a group of customers that received an invoice on a certain date. Now how can I send them each an email via a mass mailing? Thank you.

I need to import a new batch of contacts/leads and I would like to include their tags. Also, how would I export current contacts with their tags?

just went to click on my 'posts' # (under my 'forum name' link). i've only put in one post and got 1 reply, but when clicked on the "1" (to view the post), i got attached screen shot. is this broken? -V :)

What exactly are the limitations of this function? Is it somehow possible to perform a more complex query... for example, to query the ItemReceiptLineItem table for created line items where ItemReceiptRecordID does not exist in the RecordID column of the Item Receipt table?
