Method Community

Once an account is converted to a multi-tenant Head Office.  Can it be converted back to a regular Method account?

It would be great if a document from Method's document center could be attached when sending an email from the activity screen.

Hi Chad The example I provided is just a test to see if we could execute a script.  The end goal here is to be able to gather info like gps location, computer name, browser type, etc and use the new get  field/object ID action to insert the value onto a screen textbox and thereby persit it to the database.

Has anybody had success getting a javascript to dynamically execute on Method screen?  When I add the following as the name of the label "Temp"  displays blue as expected.  When I update the label using enter value onto screen all I get is "Temp" displayed as black.   Anybody know how get the script to ...

Does anybody know what this conflict means? "QuickBooks returned an error when adding/modifying a accInvoice record. The error was: The item "620D18-1339517496" is placed in the request in incorrect order."

NeilRick There are 2 different ways to accomplish this. Using an outside of Method API driven program that responds to a computer clock would work. A more cost effective but manual approach would be to have the actions occur when somebody logs in and triggers an on screen load event.

Dave Thanks for your reply.  We've found it easier to use LINQ to xml instead ado dataset.  As such we can easily dig out the attributes.  We can take the approach you've suggested, It'll just take a couple of extra lines code.
