• Re: System GIF Missing

Unfortunately not, it's hardcoded logic that comes into play with Mobile screens. However, you can replace the Show Message action with a Conditional Warning action as long as it's the last action being called for that event, otherwise it'll stop processing any actions that come after it. Hope this helps! - Ashur

Glad to hear. That didn't make sense to me either but I was happy it got the problem resolved for them. - Ashur

  • Re: System GIF Missing

Hi andy, This is happening because you're using a mobile screen. Mobile screens just use normal JavaScript alerts instead of our custom popups, and as far as I know, normal JavaScript alerts don't support HTML. Which is why the image doesn't display. - Ashur

  • Re: Error on Import Screen

Hi d.vanbaale, Is this still happening today? If so, try clearing your browser history/cache or use a different machine. I've seen this happen once before which was caused by a strange network caching issue at a users work place. They ended up restarting their router and that resolved the problem. - Ashur

  • Re: Error generating dropdown in mobile Invoice

Hey Chris, Is this still happening today? If so then try regenerating the Entity and Customer tables, along with the table which the Dropdown field pulls data from. • Re: Disable ability for users to delete within CRM

Another option you have available is restrict the access to execute that button (Delete) from particular Roles. For example, if you don't want the Staff role to be able to see that button, you can remove their ability to view it. And if you decide that only the Administrator and Director roles should be able to delete records, you can remove ...

  • Re: Disable ability for users to delete within CRM

Hi Cenmed, Would you want to remove this button from all users, including the Master Administrator, or only specific users? You would need make a copy of, then edit, each one of the screens that has this functionality (pretty much every screen that creates new records). However, if you want to limit it from particular users, you'll need ...

  • Re: Default Estimate Templates for Different Users

Once you've added the new dropdown field to the grid on your customized screen (and made the grid editable), Publish/Save the screen, then from Customize > Screens you can use the Screen Name filter field to search for your new screen (ReportMethod). You'll want to highlight the screen name then click the View button that appears ...

  • Re: Default Estimate Templates for Different Users

Correction to the first sentence in my previous post; it should read "This can be done through customization and will work well for your organization but only of other users don't need to print templates as well." And to answer your last question, yes the solution I mentioned can be implemented even if you don't have the ...
