Hi John,
Sorry for the late reply. This must have got lost in the crowd.
Contact is not a subset of Entity. The Contacts table is a Method only table. It has linked fields from the Entity table, but they are separate fields. The Contacts table hold all of your contacts and does not sync to QuickBooks.

Hi Mike,
I have a different approach for you. Our "Refresh Grid" action has an option to clear checkboxes. Can you use that action at the end of the button or action set? This way, once everything is completed, the grid will refresh and clear all of the checkboxes.

On which screen are you trying to view the documents? Below is a screenshot of the Edit lead screen. If you were to click on the preview in the Document column, the file should load.

Hi Wildliferemoval,
The reason this happens is because work orders are setup by default to only show in the Field Servies app, and are meant for the customer and not the contact. So when you view them in the Activity screen in the CRM, where a contact is required, you get what you are seeing.
