well figured out a work around but now cant import anymore. well may of had a life safer thrown my way, seems like the method integration program was turned off. Need to see if I can reset method to our current QB's file. Is that possible?

So my lead accountant changed his mind about the functionality of how we are going to use method after I did the big import and now I need to change some of my customers to leads. I see that this is impossible. I have already imported all 4000+ new customers into method, is there a way to somehow delete all the new customers so I can re-upload ...

I managed to get it to work after I figured out how far the import had gone and refreshed everything. Do you still need the info for the slowing down issue?

I have noticed when using method my browser does freeze every so often for about a second. I am using firefox, but it is rather annoying.

So uploading new contacts using import and method decided to log me out after 10 minutes so half didnt get imported. When I tried to log back in to finish the import my browser timed out as something in method keeps slowing down my browser, so now have some contacts imported and others not. So wanting to export all our contacts that are synced with QB's into excel so I can merge our other database into Method, using import. We currently have over 11,000 contacts in QB's but when I use the export function in customize it only exports about 4,300 contacts. Is there a limit to how much I can export or am i missing something? I ...
